What’s different about Hotel Sixteen?

The hotel was designed in a contemporary and artistic style, in a design based on Wall Art by photographer and artist Bénédicte Van der Maar. Dreaming and travelling are the themes of the Wall Art pieces that light up the rooms. They tell a story from Paris to New York with stops in Columbia, Nepal, and Hollywood.

The Hotel have convenient access to the Metro?

Hotel Sixteen is halfway between two Metro stops, Mairie de Montrouge (Line 4, an 8-minute walk) and Châtillon-Montrouge (Line 13, a 10-minute walk).

Is Hotel Sixteen quiet?

All our windows are double-glazed to guarantee you excellent soundproofing.

Is it easy to park near Hotel Sixteen?

You may reserve one of five parking spaces located 250 meters from the hotel (15 €/day). You’ll also find a public parking garage 550 meters from the hotel, at 27 29 Avenue Verdier.

What public transportation is close to Hotel Sixteen?

METRO : The Mairie de Montrouge station on Line 4, located 700 meters from the hotel, will take you directly to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est train stations and quickly to Orly Airport or Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport.

BUS : Ideal if you’re a tourist, Bus 68 stops just outside our hotel. This bus crosses all of Paris and in 20 minutes will take you to the main tourist attractions (Orsay Museum, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Opera, Pigalle, etc.).

TRAM : The new T6 tramway that runs from Châtillon-Montrouge to Vélizy Villacoublay is also close to our hotel. From our hotel, you can get to the Porte de Versailles exhibition center (Parc des Expositions) in 25 minutes by taking Bus 68 to Porte d’Orléans then the 3a tramway.

Are there places to eat near Hotel Sixteen?

Close to the hotel, you’ll find pubs, restaurants, cafés, and many stores (drug store, tobacco shop, newsstand, bank, florist, merchants, etc.). Our hotel is also 100 meters from a convenience store and a 10-minute walk from a supermarket.

How do you get to Porte de Versailles?

Just outside, take Bus 68 to Porte d’Orléans and then get on the 3a tramway. It takes 25 minutes.

By car it takes 10 minutes.
